Rattling the Kettle and Kayln--yep, rainbow chard from the Hollywood Farmers' Market (the lovely Finley Family Farms stand). I used both the stalks and the greens in a potato-leek-sausage hash type dish--using up all the market leftovers in the fridge last night.
HC--I wish it was rhubarb--I have such a hard time finding that in LA for some reason, and I love it.

Rainbow chard, of course! But what did you do with the greens?
I was going to say Swiss Chard too, but someone beat me. I have some volunteer chard growing in my garden but haven't planted this year's crop yet.
rhubarb stalks?

deborah--what i wouldn't give for a garden! I'm stuck with what I can grow in a container or two, at least for the next few years.
