About Erin's Kitchen

I am a Wisconsin girl at heart that has spent her twenties in New York, Los Angeles and Washington, DC. I love to eat and cook, and especially enjoy baking. My favorite foods include sugar snap peas, strawberries, pulled pork sandwiches and the rugelach from Zabars.

Erin,
Hope you’re doing well. I thought you may be interested in the new products McCormick Gourmet is offering up!

Here is a sneak peak at the latest addition to the family, the Roasted line:

•New Product Alert:

- Enjoy richer aromas and more robust flavors with new McCormick Gourmet Collection Roasted spices

- Available in cumin, cinnamon, ginger and coriander, these roasted versions allow for fuller flavors without the time and guesswork involved when roasting spices on your own

- The recipes, including Roasted Cumin-Crusted Grilled Steak with Tomato Relish and Banana, Cherry and Roasted Cinnamon Pudding allow you to experience layers of flavor that are remarkably different from unroasted varieties

We appreciate your consideration of the McCormick Gourmet Collection Roasted spices for your blog, and if you’re interested in testing out the new varieties, I’d be happy to send you some samples for personal use, or as giveaways to your readers.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Enjoy!
Christine

I enjoyed following the whole entry, I always thought one of the main things to count when you write a blog is learning how to complement the ideas with images, that's exploiting at the maximum the possibilities of a ciber-space! Good work on this entry!
